As a Sr. Director of Product Management, Sameep is responsible for leading Product Management teams across partner & global initiatives. Most recently, he has been leading RingCentral's efforts around go-to-market motions such as BYOC and MSFT Teams Direct Routing. Sameep is a 15-year veteran of the unified communications industry and has a wealth of knowledge in supporting enterprise customers to deliver on the promise of unified communications and moving from legacy on-premises systems to cloud solutions.

Lauren leads New Product Development for Voice Services at Bandwidth. She focuses on bringing new, software driven IP communications solutions that transform the customer experience and challenge the way we think about communications today. Lauren is 25 year veteran of the telecom industry and has worked in new product development, product management, finance, corporate restructuring and M&A for a variety of communications companies before joining Bandwidth in 2017.

As the Director of Product Marketing for Enterprise, Travis leads Bandwidth’s messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, to help Enterprises better navigate the complexities they encounter within their move to cloud comms. He collaborates with Bandwidth’s global team to share how organizations use our platform to future proof, scale, and modernize their comms stack, while also making sure that we deliver leading edge solutions that solve the most complex and valuable integration challenges in the industry.

Eric Krapf is General Manager and Program Co-Chair for Enterprise Connect, the leading conference/exhibition and online events brand in the enterprise communications industry. He has been Enterprise Connect’s Program Co-Chair for over a decade. He is also publisher of No Jitter, the Enterprise Connect community’s daily news and analysis website. Eric served as editor of No Jitter from its founding in 2007 until taking over as publisher in 2015. From 1996 to 2004, Eric was managing editor of Business Communications Review (BCR) magazine, and from 2004 to 2007, he was the magazine's editor. Before coming to BCR, he was managing editor and senior editor of America's Network magazine, covering the public telecommunications industry. Prior to working in high-tech journalism, he was a reporter and editor at newspapers in Connecticut and Texas.
