As president and principal analyst at KelCor, Inc., Dr. Kelly provides strategy and counsel to CxOs, investment analysts, VCs, technology policy executives, sell side firms and technology buyers. His contributions deliver top and bottom line value because they have impact from concept through development and rollout. On the sell side, Brent provides strategic advice for marketing and product differentiation, competitive analysis, and thought leadership approaches; on the buy side, he engages in business process engineering to develop mid- and long-term technology roadmaps supported by TCO or ROI analysis. Dr. Kelly has made real-world measurable contributions resulting in significant revenue/profit increases, product/process improvements, and/or strategic redirection in multiple industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, electronics, oil field services, chemicals, and mining. He has been engaged in repeat consulting assignments for the largest tech companies in the world with comparable results. A Ph.D. in engineering coupled with strong business experience enables Dr. Kelly to identify emerging opportunities and to develop strategies and tactics to capitalize on them. He is an excellent writer and oral presenter, regularly speaking before large and small technical and business audiences in the US and Europe. Brent served his Utah community as an elected official for two four-year terms. With his wife, he owns a gourmet chocolates manufacturing company based in Utah.

Dwight Morse works in Solutions Marketing for Ribbon Communications, focusing on enterprise voice over IP solutions. His responsibilities include Microsoft Phone System Direct Routing positioning as a solution and as a service. Prior to Ribbon, Dwight worked for IBM, in their workplace collaboration department, focusing on unified communication and collaboration.

Michelle Burbick is the Special Content Editor and a blogger for No Jitter, Informa Tech's online community for news and analysis of the enterprise convergence/unified communications industry, and the editorial arm of the Enterprise Connect event, for which she serves as the Program Coordinator. In this dual role, Michelle is responsible for curating content and managing the No Jitter website, and managing its variety of sponsored programs from whitepapers to research reports. On the Enterprise Connect side, she plans the conference program content and runs special content programs for the event. Michelle also moderates Enterprise Connect sessions and virtual webinars which cover a broad range of technology topics. In her tenure on the No Jitter and Enterprise Connect teams, she has managed the webinar program, coordinated and ran the Best of Enterprise Connect awards program, and taken on special projects related to advancing women in the technology industry and promoting diversity and inclusion. Prior to coming to No Jitter, Michelle worked as a writer and editor, producing content for technology companies for several years. In an agency environment, she worked with companies in the unified communications, data storage and IT security industries, and has developed content for some of the most prominent companies in the technology sector. Michelle has also worked in the events and tradeshows industry, primarily as a journalist for the Trade Show Exhibitors Association. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is an animal lover and likes to spend her free time bird watching, hiking, and cycling.
